Faith Presbyterian Church is a non-profit entity that operates in Watkinsville, Georgia. Faith Presbyterian Church is the sole owner of the information collected through events and on www.faithpcachurch.org. Faith Presbyterian Church collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Demographic Information including age, gender, etc. may be stored in our system. The user is free to modify this information at any time by contacting office@faithpcachurch.org.
Contact Information includes phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses. This information is used to contact individuals with regards to needs, events, etc.
We categorize information in two ways:
1. Member information
2. Non-member information
Member contact information is stored in our database and used by Faith Presbyterian Church to contact its members about events and information. This information is also published in a yearly directory available only to church members in print format. This information is not accessible via the website.
Non-member information is maintained in church database and is used by Faith Presbyterian Church to contact non-members about events and information they may be interested in. This information is not accessible via the website.
Like most standard Website servers we use log files. This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and Internet service provider (ISP) and access time. Faith Presbyterian Church and its production site, www.faithpcachurch.org uses log files only to track errors in the system. Log file information is not tied to a user's personally identifiable information.
We maintain several listservs across the organization to which users can request to be added. Personal information will not be shared via listserv communication without an individual’s express consent.

Faith Presbyterian Church’s website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.
All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
